What we collect, and why.

Inside Edge is built on confidentiality. This page explains, in plain English, what information we handle and how we treat it.

What you share with us

When you book a call or engage Inside Edge, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, contact details, payment information, and the facts of your situation. Calls and message threads may be retained so we can serve you across an ongoing engagement.

How we use it

We use your information solely to provide the coaching and educational services you've engaged us for, to communicate with you, and to handle billing and recordkeeping. We do not sell your information, ever.

Confidentiality

We keep what you share confidential. We will not disclose it except: with your consent; to provide the services you've engaged us for; or as required by law. We may use anonymized, non-identifying summaries of outcomes for marketing only with your prior written consent.

Service providers

We use a small number of standard service providers (for scheduling, payments, email, and calls). They process information only on our instructions and under their own privacy and security commitments.

Retention

We retain records of your engagement for the period reasonably necessary to provide services, handle billing, and comply with our recordkeeping obligations, after which we delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal recordkeeping requirements). Email hello@insideedge.co.

Not legal advice

Inside Edge provides coaching and education, not legal advice. This Privacy notice is not a substitute for review by your own attorney. See our Terms for the full scope of services and disclaimers.
